Martina Douglas

Martina has always been a fitness enthusiast with a background in endurance sports and CrossFit dating back over a decade. She opened up CrossFit Youngsville with her husband in 2022 to provide an outlet for the community to workout and grow together. Along with her business partner (and great friend), Nicole, Martina is excited about providing specialized classes within the co-working community at Workspace Provision Co. and bringing together like-minded individuals to get healthy together!

Tracy Doherty
Tracy Doherty

Tracy Doherty has dedicated her life and career to helping others discover strength, confidence, and independence through movement. With more than 30 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Tracy brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, coaching knowledge, and heartfelt compassion to every client she serves. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University. Throughout her career, Tracy has helped individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve meaningful wellness goals. She spent over a decade at Rex Wellness Center designing personalized exercise programs, conducting comprehensive fitness assessments, coaching endurance athletes and master swimmers, and teaching CPR and First Aid to the community. Tracy believes that fitness is not about perfection or competition — it is about empowering individuals to move safely, feel strong, and maintain confidence in everyday activities. She is known for her encouraging coaching style, her ability to meet clients exactly where they are, and her dedication to building trusting relationships with both clients and their families. In addition to her professional credentials, Tracy is a certified personal trainer, USA Swimming coach, and lifelong athlete. She earned All-American honors at NCAA Division III Nationals and continues to challenge herself as an athlete and open-water swimmer. Her personal commitment to strength, health, and lifelong fitness inspires the clients she coaches every day. Through her work in senior wellness, Tracy strives to change the way aging is viewed — proving that strength, vitality, and independence can be built and maintained at every stage of life. She is deeply committed to helping her clients live stronger, move better, and age with confidence, dignity, and joy.

Kristina Milova
Kristina Milova

Kristina grew up in her parents' Soviet Union traveling circus, sparking a lifelong fascination with movement. She spent her early years competing as an international ballroom dancer before transitioning into a fitness instructor. Driven by a love for teaching, she eventually entered several fitness bodybuilding competitions, where she placed as a national qualifier. Kristina believes movement is essential for the body, mind, and soul and emphasizes that it is never too late to begin. She welcomes all levels and provides modifications to ensure every student feels supported and successful.

Kristen Carpenter
Kristen Carpenter

Kristen’s passion for movement began at age four and developed through years of competitive dance, cheerleading, and gymnastics. By age 12, she was already assisting and coaching in both gymnastics and cheerleading, cultivating a lifelong commitment to mentorship and athlete development. During her college years, she discovered group fitness and strength training as powerful tools for stress management, mental clarity, confidence, and overall well-being. After eight years as an elementary educator, Kristen transitioned fully into the fitness industry, earning her group fitness and personal training certifications. Since 2013, she has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, leading youth fitness programs, coaching group classes, and providing individualized training tailored to each client’s specific goals. With over a decade of experience, Kristen is dedicated to delivering results-driven programming within a supportive and inclusive environment. She believes in the transformative power of movement and community, and she is committed to helping every client build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits that extend beyond the gym.
